www.jcprograms.org: The website of the Rita J. Kaplan Jewish Connections Programs of the Jewish Board of Family and Children’s Services in NYC. It is the home of the NCJH.
www.Hiddur.org: Hiddur: the Center for Aging and Judaism - established in 2003 by the Reconstructionist Rabbinical College to transform the culture of aging in the Jewish community. Resources include Sacred Seasons Celebration Kits innovative tool to bring Shabbat and holiday celebrations to Jewish elders in nursing homes and assisted living communities. Also, Gearing Up for the Age Wage: A Guide for Synagogues on serving those in midlife and beyond.
www.jewishlights.org: Jewish Lights Publishing publishes books that reflect the Jewish wisdom tradition for people of all faiths, all backgrounds. Find a broad array of books on Jewish healing, spirituality and pastoral care. Also available through Jewish Lights is Lifelights -- inspirational, informational booklets about challenges to our emotional and spiritual lives and how to deal with them.
www.Ritualwell.org: Presented by Ma’yan and Kolot: The Center for Jewish Women’s and Gender Study, focuses on women’s life cycle and other issues. While it is not oriented to physical illness, there is a healing section with rituals related to healing from abuse and mastectomy, as well as some other generic material. There is also material for various stages in women’s biological life cycle.
www.Clal.org: If you go to the Jewish tools section and then to the healing/archive you will find 10 ritual/meditations related to loss and illness. They are accessible and creative, yet mainstream types of materials.
www.URJ.org: The Union for Reform Judaism section on Jewish families offers articles and programs related to the work of many healing centers. They are also in the process of creating a network for Jewish nurses around issues of spirituality and healing.
www.Jewish-Funerals.org: Resource information for organizations with a Chevra Kadisha committee and those interested in forming one.
www.Elatchayyim.org: Has information about its Jewish spiritual retreats and programs that may complement the work of healing centers. It also has a useful section of links.
www.HealingPsalm.com: The works of Debbie Perlman, a modern psalmist. Psalms are indexed by topic/need.
www.Georgetown.edu: The university houses the Kampelman Collection of Jewish Ethics, which has one of the most complete libraries of books on Biomedical ethics.
www.Azamra.org: Has a large selection of book and on line material on spiritual healing, and support resources with some material on health for kids.
www.Huc.edu/kalsman: The Kalsman Institute on Judaism and Health, helps with the pastoral training of Reform klei kodesh, deals broadly with issues of illness and wellness, and sponsors a variety of conferences and other services. The "expressions" section offers kavanot and other material.
www.jcsbaltimore.org: This site is focused on building integrated Jewish health, healing and wellness programs by facilitating training that strengthens collaboration across disciplines.
www.MyJewishLearning.com: A trans-denomination website of Jewish information and education geared toward learners of all educational backgrounds.

www.Aleph.org: This is a central site for Jewish renewal. It has good links to Jewish renewal sites, many of which also have a healing connection.
Sites offering important information for caregivers and professionals:
www.shiraruskay.org: The Shira Ruskay Center: Jewish Family Consultation on Care Near Life's End assists seriously ill patients, their families and loved ones through consultation, education, counseling and information and referral. Consultation and training is available for professionals and lay leaders as well.
www.bikurcholimcc.org: The Rabbi Isaac N. Trainin Bikur Cholim Coordinating Council offers consultation, training, resource materials, workshops and an annual conference for professionals and lay leaders around the issue of bikur cholim. The website also offers a directory for local bikur cholim resources.
www.Nfcacares.org: This is the website for the National Family Caregivers Association.
www.Caregiving.org: This is the site of the National Alliance for Caregiving, which serves both family and professional caregivers. The "family care resource/ AXA" has an excellent annotated list of resources for caregivers.
